1. Application

The cables are intened for transfer and distribution electric energy in the three-phase networks at nominal a.c. voltage 64/110 kV with nominal frequency of 50 Hz.

The cables are prodused for stationary installations on the slopes with unlimited target levels.

Climatic modification УХЛ category placement 1 and 2 by GOST 15150-69.

Cables by construction, technical characteristics and performance properties conform to the international standard IEC 60840 and European Harmonized standard the HD 632 S1.

 

2. Construction

The cables are manufactured in a single-core performance.

  • Stranded copper or aluminium round multi wire packed conductor with longitudinl sealing in the shape of water-impervious tapes
  • Conducting screen of conducting XLPE
  • XLPE insulation
  • Insulation screen of conducting XLPE

Bedding

1) semiconducting water-impervious tapes for cable types АПвПг, ПвПг, АПвП2Г, ПвП2г

2) semiconducting paper or tipes for cable types АПвВ, ПвВ, АПвВнг, ПвВнг

Screen of copper wires and helix

Separating layer:

1) water barrier - water-impervious tapes for cable types АПвПг, ПвПг

2) semiconducting water-impervious tapes for cable types АПвП2Г, ПвП2г

3) cable or crepe paper or polypropilene tapes for cable types АПвВ, ПвВ

4) glass types for cable types АПвВнг, ПвВнг

Radial waterproof sealing in the shape of the aluminium polymer laminated tapes with glued seams for cable types АПвП2Г, ПвП2г.

Outer sheath
